We are looking for service providers (case managers, social workers, family specialists, health care providers, early childhood education or childcare providers, etc.) who are working with African American clientele to join us in one or all of our three 2-hour workshops in order to gain knowledge, skills, and practices about how to work with African Americans in a culturally-appropriate manner. Our trainers will explore topics such as trauma, toxic stress, and factors that impact the African American community and health outcomes.
